This interactive workshop helps children build confidence and learn practical personal safety skills in a supportive, age-appropriate environment. Participants will learn how to recognize and respond to unsafe situations involving strangers, bullying, and other everyday concerns. The class also introduces basic awareness strategies and beginner self-defense techniques designed specifically for children. Parents are encouraged to return early to observe and participate in part of the class experience. Children should wear comfortable clothing. For questions regarding class content, call 513-232-1035.
