Riverside Park is comprised of 46 acres cradled in a bend of the Little Miami River complete with six ball diamonds, two synthetic turf fields, a hike/bike trail, a restroom building, a playground, and land used for soccer, football, and lacrosse.
Hours of operation
The Park is open from dawn to dusk, excluding special events.
During the winter months of December- March, one restroom will be open; during severe weather conditions, this restroom will be closed. No snow removal is done at Riverside Park.
The majority of the land for Riverside Park was purchased by the Anderson Township Trustees on January 9, 1992; this land was deeded to the APD in late 1993. The APD purchased the remaining park land. The Anderson Township Bicentennial Commission raised funds for part of the development.
