This gentle approach to Pilates is designed to strengthen your muscles, improve flexibility and mobility for better range of motion and confidence in movement. This class is suitable for those with limited mobility and features a mix of stretching, movement, and balance-focused exercises while standing or in a chair (no floor exercises). Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Register in advance; space is limited.
Instructor: Linda Royal, experienced instructor certified in Balanced Body Pilates Mat and Reformer.
