All experience levels are welcome! Learn the basic concepts of Pilates while applying breathing techniques to enhance core involvement and focus on legs, upper body and stretching. Appropriate for beginner and intermediate levels.

Create an acrylic painting of nature scenes including birds, trees and flowers on an 8x10 canvas and learn some interesting facts about the evening’s subjects (a new subject each class date).
