All yoga experience levels are welcome! This class blends gentle yoga postures, flow sequences, and restorative poses leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Ease into mindful postures then move through smooth, breath-led sequences that energize and uplift. Then unwind with soothing poses designed to melt away tension and foster a sense of ease. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat. Optional props to bring include a block and a blanket. Register in advance; space is limited.
