Anderson Park District Transitions to Diligent Community for Board Management Technology

Anderson Park District is excited to announce the transition of its board management software from BoardDocs to Diligent Community, a cloud-based governance platform within the Diligent brand. This change, required due to updates within the Diligent system, will enhance board operations while helping keep our community more connected, informed, and engaged. All existing BoardDocs data will be transferred to the new Diligent Community site to ensure continued access to existing records and documents.

Diligent Community provides improved access to important information through a new, user-friendly public site where community members can easily view meeting agendas and minutes. The platform also offers automatic notifications for meetings and important announcements.

The new platform will be accessible from the Board of Park Commissioners page on our website, in the same location as BoardDocs, and is expected to go live in time for the Anderson Park District Board of Park Commissioners’ February 10, 2026, board meeting.
