Trail System Overview:
Beech Acres Park features a network of five interconnected paved trails totaling 1.27 miles of pavement. The trails form loops of varying sizes that circle the park’s major amenities.
Individual Trail Details:
Full Park Loop:
This is the primary trail, forming a 0.8-mile loop around the entire park perimeter. It connects all three parking lots and provides access to every major amenity.
Central Play & Diamond Loop:
A 0.47-mile trail that encircles the central activity area, including the playground, the “Belle of the Beech” shelter, and both ball diamonds.
Western Loop:
A 0.33-mile trail that circles the playground, the “Belle of the Beech” shelter, and the western ball diamond.
Eastern Diamond Loop:
A 0.29-mile trail that circles the eastern ball diamond.
Amphitheater Loop:
A 0.2-mile oval trail in the northern part of the park that circles the amphitheater and a shelter.
