REGISTRATION POLICY & INFORMATION
Summer day camp registration is online only through our RecDesk software system. Each weekly camp has enrollment limits; registration is first-come, first-served. A camp spot is secured once check-out is completed and payment is processed. Adding the camp week to the shopping cart does not “hold” it. An automated email receipt from RecDesk will be sent after the registration is submitted.
Additional forms will be required once registration is complete. Parents will receive a follow up email with information on how to complete the required camp participant forms. These forms include: Release of Liability, Emergency & Medical Information, and Transportation Authorization.
The day camp information packet will be emailed by March 10th. This packet includes details about daily activities, pool procedures and discipline policies. Please review the payment schedule to know when camp balances are due.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
At the time of registration, each week of camp requires a $50 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit per child. The remaining balance is due according to the following payment schedule:
Camps 1-3: | Balance due March 3rd |
Camps 4-7: | Balance due April 1st |
Camps 8-11: | Balance due May 1st |
DEPOSITS: The $50 deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a change to the registration is required, the $50 is lost. If the remaining balance has been paid, it may be transferred or refunded if the request is made by May 1st.
All change of registration requests must be made by May 1st or the total camp payment will be forfeited. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
