This evening yoga class is designed for those who are looking to wind down from their busy day and begin preparations for a good night’s sleep. The combination of gentle yoga movement and stretching serves to slow down the mind and focus on the breath to truly relax and let the stresses of the day go. The practice will begin with gentle vinyasa movement and then move into gentle floor poses. This class is taught by Amanda Kissel, 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, block and strap or exercise band. All yoga experience levels are welcome. Registration is for an individual date only. If you wish to attend multiple dates, you must register for each date. Space is limited.
Anderson Parks will follow health and safety practices recommended by the Centers for Disease Control, the Ohio Department of Health and Hamilton County Public Health at our activities. Masks are highly recommended indoors for ALL visitors.
