This evening Yang Yin yoga class will help bring balance to the body and mind by combining the movement of a gentle yoga flow as well as slow-paced yin poses all in one practice. The combination of yoga movement to stretching serves to slow down the mind, focus on the breath and create strength and flexibility. The practice will typically begin with gentle vinyasa movement and then move into gentle floor poses that include twists, bends and deep stretches. This class is taught by Amanda Kissel, 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). All yoga experience levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, block and strap or exercise band. Register in advance; space is limited.
