Embrace the peace of nature and soak up the magic of an almost full moon. Being in nature is good for minds and bodies! Shinrin-yoku was developed in Japan and is the practice of spending time in forested areas for the purpose of enhancing health, wellness and happiness. Enjoy a quiet walk on the trails during day light and end the program by enjoying tea and cookies under the light of the moon. The walk will include areas of uneven and varying terrain and may be muddy. Please wear closed toe shoes/boots with treads and bring a water bottle. Register in advance; space is limited.
