Learn the basic concepts of Pilates while applying breathing techniques to enhance core involvement and focus on legs, upper body and stretching. Appropriate for beginner and intermediate levels. This class will use floor, chair and wall techniques modified to each individual’s level. Also introduced are small balls and myofascial release balls to improve circulation and relieve muscle tightness and stress. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle. Balls are provided by the instructor. Register in advance; space is limited.
Instructor: Linda Royal, experienced instructor certified in Balanced Body Pilates Mat and Reformer.
Registration is for one session only. If you wish to attend multiple sessions, you must register for each session.
