This Pilates class will focus on enhancing balance and stability through various exercises that target core strength and coordination. This class is suitable for all levels and features a mix of stretching, movement, and balance-focused exercises. Modifications, including chair use, are available for varying levels. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle. Register in advance; space is limited.
Instructor: Linda Royal, experienced instructor certified in Balanced Body Pilates Mat and Reformer.
