Dogs and their owners try out their Halloween costumes and strut their stuff in the Anderson Parks Howloween Parade. Advanced registration is required for each dog (and adult handler) to take part in the parade.
Judging categories include Best Costume (medium/large breed), Best Costume (small breed) and Best Duo.
Dogs must be well controlled and remain on a 6-foot leash at all times. No extendable leashes. Handlers are responsible for clean-up and disposal of all dog waste. Dogs must be social and well-behaved around other dogs and children.
Registration closes on October 11 at noon (or when the event sells out.) Space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Prices: $5 per resident dog; $10 per non-resident dog
