All yoga experience levels are welcome! Cultivate inner calm and build strength, flexibility and balance through conscious movement. This Hatha Yoga class invites students to connect body and mind through exploring various poses which emphasize breath awareness and alignment. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and yoga mat. Register in advance; space is limited.
