Medical research shows that slow gentle exercise is more beneficial than any other exercise program for improving balance and reducing the likelihood of future falls. Learn basic principles and practice some simple enjoyable exercises that you can do every day to improve your stability, mental focus, and overall health. Movement can be done seated or standing. Participants should wear flat closed shoes, like gym shoes or sneakers. Register in advance; space is limited.
