Pilates Mat Mix, class 2

Wednesdays, April 19-May 31, 7:15-8:15 p.m.
Register in advance. This series of Pilates exercises is performed on a mat and designed to strengthen the body’s core through breath and movement. Pilates exercises benefit many areas of the body through improved posture, alignment, flexibility and cardiovascular strength. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and towel.
Classes are instructed by Cheri Dean, a certified PilatesFit instructor.
