Cross Training Circuits, session 2

Register in advance. This class was formerly known as Boot Camp. Cross Training Circuits (CTC) are designed to help your performance in all sports and activities: jumping, running, accelerating, pushing, pulling, swinging, power and endurance. CTC assists in injury prevention, quickened recovery from activity, and improved overall fitness and conditioning. Stay motivated and boredom-free with Cross Training! Bring a mat and a water bottle. Space is limited.
Classes are instructed by Sharon Chamberlin, an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer specializing in metabolic conditioning and a NESTA Fitness Nutrition Coach. Classes may be rescheduled due to instructor’s availability.
Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday. One day or two day registration options are available. Day(s) must be picked at registration and may not be changed once the session begins. When weather permits, classes will take place outdoors.
Prices for 2 days per week: $108 per resident, $120 per non-resident
Prices for 1 day per week : $60 per resident, $66 per non-resident
