Core Strength, session 2

age 18 years and up
Mondays, Feb. 27-April 3, 6:15-7 p.m.
Register in advance. A strong core is key to being able to perform simple everyday activities and excelling in physical activities. Participants will be led through exercises targeting the core to strengthen physical abilities. This class is beneficial to participants of all fitness levels. Bring a mat and a water bottle. Space is limited.
Classes are instructed by Sharon Chamberlin, an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer specializing in metabolic conditioning and a NESTA Fitness Nutrition Coach. Classes may be rescheduled due to instructor’s availability.
